Thank you for supporting the Bakery Photo Collective. The proceeds from Photo A-GoGo has kept our non-profit alive and open to the public for the past 22 years. By submitting to the Bakery Photo Collective’s Photo A-GoGo benefit event, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• I understand that I am donating a work of art that I created as part of a fundraising effort to support the Bakery Photographic Collective. If sold, I will have the option to donate 100% of the proceeds to the Bakery or 75% to the Bakery, and 25% of the sale price paid to me/the artist.

• The Bakery Photo Collective is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Donations may be tax deductible including the materials used to create your work. Please consult with your tax preparer for advice on what is appropriate in this regard.

• I grant the Bakery Photo Collective the right to use my photo submission for promotional purposes. All rights are reserved to the artist (that's you). You are simply granting the Bakery a one time use of the image/jpg for the promotional purposes of the event.

• I understand that the Bakery is not responsible for lost or damaged works.

• All unsold works will be available for pick up for 30 days following the event on Dec 8th 2023, at which time the works may be discarded at the Bakery's discretion. The Bakery will make several attempts to contact contributors to remind everyone to pick up their pieces if they are not sold.

• I understand that all works will need to be dropped off by November 20th and be ready to hang. Work that does not have hanging hardware already attached will not be hung. Your work should ideally be framed and ready to go up on the gallery wall.

The proceeds from your donated photograph, among so many other beautiful works every year, helps underwrite and support the Bakery Photo Collective’s annual operating budget, community outreach, and education programs. We consider you (and all our supporters) part of the Bakery family, and it is no secret that the Collective would not exist without your ongoing support. From all of our general members and our Board of Directors, we thank you! We can’t wait to see what you submit for work this year and we look forward to seeing you on Dec, 8th at the main shindig!
